First time there, very nice and knowledgeable

I cannot express with enough words how amazing these people are. I moved 45 minutes away and still refuse to bring my car to ANY other mechanic. Not only are they fast and very great with communication but they WORK with YOU! These mechanics have saved me more times than I can count when I needed a repair done fast. The fees yes are a little high but living in houston there’s wayyy too many crooks around to trust anybody else with my car so I will GLADLY pay the amounts because I know my car will be very very well taken care of. Not only that but they are willing to speak on the phone and go over how they will be doing a repair, tell you anything they noticed while doing it, etc. they will keep you in the loop EVERY step of the way!!

$175 exam fee. Problem: shortage draining the battery. Cold working air conditioner but clutch constantly engaged draining battery. $203 Later a "relay" was said to be replaced but hot air is blowing and there is no evidence of any problem being solved. They took no responsibility. " F" rating from me. I pray for businesses that give the service you paid for. Unfortunately foe me, this is not one of them.

I am so grateful that I only had to make one phone call to have MM referred to me by a family member! I got excellent results and they went over and above my expectations. They explained EVERYTHING about what needed to be done and they did that and even diagnosed a couple of other concerns I had. It is a pleasure doing business with people who care about their business and their customers!

smh..... where do I even begin engine light still came on after a couple weeks of driving it on the road. problem not solve. spent close to $600 to replace a hose what is the point of paying for $160 for diagnostics test, I assume it locates the issue. Some cars are just worth taking it to the dealership, clearly. I sent an email requesting an explanation regarding extra fees tack on to my statement no response customer service I'm not even gonna go there.

I sent you a detailed answer to your billing questions the next afternoon as I received your quest after I had left for the day. Furthermore from the time you got here till the time your car was completed, waiting on dealership to deliver said hose, is slow. Further more when you left it was explained to you that there were still problems present. You wanted to be able to drive the car and you can. if you would like to bring it back so we can make sure the problem we fixed is still fixed I will at no charge. The other concerns that we discussed can be address whenever you are ready to pay to have them addressed.

My car is currently in the shop I don’t agree with their diagnostic price $175 is alot I will give details later regarding the repair on my car

Service was quick and easy. They even replaced a bulb for me that was out. Customer service was excellent.
